Sir, it is alleged that the TS presidential elections were rigged in favour of Boyd since he was very keen to lead the Society. However, after taking charge as the president, he has been absent from Adyar for long periods of time apparently because of his dual responsibility as head of the American section. In his absence, many TS members feel the control of the Society has been taken over by two officials at Adyar.
In course of time, Boyd may regret this as the duo are taking many questionable decisions such as expelling members from the Society without due process like issuing show cause notice and suspension, after they raised certain issues..As a result, the TS today finds itself embroiled in court cases. The candidate who lost to Boyd, one Maitreya, has exiled himself from the TS virtually.
An aggrieved member who was expelled after he raised the issue of irregularities such as a well renovation at an astronomical cost and orders placed to a company floated by an official for gain, has been denied food from the TS kitchen, his intercom at his house in the campus has been cut off and his letters are not delivered to him. He has been compelled to make a representation to India's human rights commission. Petty minded and vindictive officials at the TS are playing havoc with decency and ethics. Radha Burnier's soul must be distressed. More than 100 cows have been given away to private parties, some of them pregnant. Hope Boyd realizes what is happening and takes corrective action. N.N.

Dear Bros. Tim Boyd and Sundaram,
I have seen the comments on Sexual Abuse case, and am very concerned about the whole episode, which seems to be not being addressed adequately.
A clean up of the Indian Section set up may be necessary, as there have been other irregularities going back to Late Radhaji's election in 2008 and to the recent Presidential elections of 2014, where the role of the Indian Section has been questioned - and I don't think satisfactory anwers have been given to the inquiring minds.
It is my appeal that Mr. Tim Boyd looks at this matters with much more vigour and assure the T.S. fraternity that either all is well or if not so then some action is being taken or will be taken. I am not sure if the TS Executive Committee or the General Council members are aware of this issue - but if not it would be useful to have their opinions on the matter for a clear guidance on how to address the issue.
I have put these points as best as I understand them. But I am sure there are greater minds who will understand the matter better and would be in a position to offer better solution/s. T.S.'s name should not be further tainted. I stand to be corrected.
